Rebekah Windschitl, LPCC

Rebekah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of MN. She earned her BA at

the University of MN and her MA at the University of St. Thomas. She also has a certificate in

Co-Occurring Disorders from Adler Graduate School. Rebekah has experience working in many

types of mental health settings from residential, day treatment, in-home, in-school, and outpatient

for both adults and children.

With a straightforward, solution-focused approach, Rebekah helps clients move beyond feeling

stuck and develop practical strategies for lasting change. She believes therapy should be a

collaborative process that provides both support and actionable tools, empowering clients to

navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Rebekah understands that every

person’s experiences are unique and tailors treatment to meet each client’s specific needs and

goals.

Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, CBT-I, and

ART, Rebekah focuses on identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress while helping

clients build effective coping skills and healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. Her

style is direct, compassionate, and goal-oriented, creating an environment where clients can feel

understood while also being challenged to make meaningful progress.

In her free time, Rebekah enjoys reading, kayaking, spending time in nature, and hanging out
