Kristof Chara LPCC is a licensed therapist specializing in athletes, herb and supplement education, and life transitions.
Kristof received his Master’s in Counseling from Crown College. He has worked with children and young adults in mental health, education, and athletic capacities for several years. His primary focus is working with athletes and those experiencing significant life changes.
As a lifelong musician and lover of learning, Kristof received a bachelor’s degree in music with a minor in intercultural studies. Kristof is working towards a certification as a mental performance consultant. Kristof is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Kristof is passionate about applying mental tools and activities for a person’s growth and purpose. He finds usefulness in many therapy tools, such as performance mental skills, meditation, virtual reality, and life narrative creation, to help clients no matter what place they find themselves in.
Kristof’s therapeutic framework includes Jungian and Narrative principles with a solution-focused approach. He deeply values the importance of challenging oneself, discovering one’s inner world and abilities, and taking a big swing on life.
In his free time, Kristof enjoys playing musical instruments, studying supplements and herbs, and adding a little adventure to his life.
