Jackie is a Psychometrist with a foundational background in mental health, medical care, corrections, and case management. Having worked across these different fields, she enjoys connecting with patients from all walks of life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently continuing her education by pursuing a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Addiction Counseling at the University of Minnesota. Jackie focuses on creating a comfortable, low-stress environment where patients feel heard and supported, while carefully maintaining necessary testing standards. Meticulous and collaborative, she is eager to learn and assist the clinical team in providing helpful data for patient care.
Outside of work, Jackie is bubbly and adventurous – traveling to remote islands with family is her newfound hobby. Tropical weather and sunset views are her favorite escapes. She enjoys reading and listening to podcasts during her free time. Socializing, networking, and learning from peers, mentors, and professionals adds value to her motivation and learning.
