As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over a decade in the healthcare field, I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. With training across the lifespan beginning at age five, I currently focus my practice on adults 18 and older with plans to expand services to children and adolescents in the future.
I believe meaningful healing begins with collaboration. My role is to partner with you—listening attentively, providing thoughtful education, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your goals and values. My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I integrate medication management with brief psychotherapy when appropriate, along with education and lifestyle interventions to support lasting and sustainable wellness. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), further strengthening my commitment to advanced clinical expertise and the highest standards of care.
I have a special interest in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also providing comprehensive care for other mental health conditions. The initial intake appointment is a comprehensive clinical evaluation and an opportunity for us to determine whether we are a good fit moving forward, ensuring your needs align with the services I provide. I believe it is essential to honor each individual’s faith, culture, and personal experiences when addressing mental health needs, and I strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for every patient.
Outside of my professional time, I enjoy traveling abroad to visit family, reading, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with my family.
