If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection and that every person holds innate strengths worth honoring.
I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful method for processing trauma and fostering emotional resilience.
As a person of color and an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including English- and Farsi-speaking communities. Whether you are exploring your identity, working through relational challenges, or seeking relief from persistent worry, I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
Starting therapy is a courageous step. If you are ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
